What happens to the documents you submit
When you run an audit or ask a question, the text of your document is sent from our server to the Claude API (Anthropic) to generate the analysis. Clauzia does not save your documents, audit results or chat messages in any database; they live only in your browser tab and disappear when you close it.
Anthropic processes API data under its Commercial Terms and Privacy Policy and does not use API inputs to train its models by default.
What we log
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, error messages) for security and abuse prevention. We use the IP address only to rate-limit the public demo.
Recommendations
The public demo is meant for evaluation. Please don't submit documents containing personal data or confidential information you aren't allowed to share.
Who Clauzia is for
Clauzia is a business tool intended for professionals aged 18 and over (founders, operators, in-house counsel). It is not intended for consumers seeking personal legal advice or for minors.

Clauzia produces AI-generated analysis to help you triage contracts. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
